What operating systems does Paper VPN support?

Is there a limit on the number of devices?

You can connect multiple devices or share the key with your friends and family. We only track data usage.

How can I track my data usage?

It's easy to check how many GB you have left in your account or in the app.
• Monthly plans: data usage resets on the payment date.
• Other plans: it resets monthly on the date of the first payment.

I already have Paper VPN installed, why isn’t it working?

First, try restarting your device.

Still not working? You may have reached your data limit.

Check it in your account. If your balance is 0 GB, it means you have used all your data in the last 30 days. Wait a day, and your limit will renew.

Don’t want to wait? Upgrade your plan. For example, the annual and two-year plans offer 250 GB for 30 days. Or simply switch to an unlimited data plan to never run out.

What to do if the payment doesn’t go through?

This is what you can do:

Manually re-enter your card details, even if they are auto-filled by your browser.
Try a different card.

How to get free days for your subscription?

Join our referral program. Recommend Paper VPN to your friends. For every person you invite, we add free days to the subscription — both for you and for the person you invited.

Here's how to get free days:

Open your account, go to Subscriptions section (menu on the left).
Select your subscription and click Add free days.
Copy the promo code and send it to your friend. The bonus will be credited when he or she subscribes.

How to manage your subscription?

You can manage everything in your account. After payment, we’ll send you an email with your login details.

In your account, you can:

Cancel your subscription.
Check your remaining data.
View your next payment date and update your card details.
Buy a new subscription.

Are there any limitations to using Paper VPN?

Yes — even a good VPN can’t bypass every restriction.

A few common cases:

Older devices or OS. On macOS and Windows, the app may not install if your operating system is outdated or no longer supported.

Torrents. Please avoid using torrents while the VPN is on — it can seriously slow down the server for everyone. If you need torrents, disconnect the VPN first. Also, we kindly ask you not to share copyrighted files via torrents.
